LTS status for Ubuntu flavours

Speaking for Edubuntu, we definitely want LTS status and commit to 5
years support for our packages.

We also intend to stop doing non-LTS releases after 14.04 due to our
target audience not really using them and to the development and testing
burden it causes for us.
