I don't know Stephen or Steve but I know Jeremy no longer works for
Canonical an disn't involved in UDS organization anymore and I can't
remember seeing ara or kiko use their UDS privileges at least since we
moved to the vUDS format.
At least Chistrian and Ara should be easy to get in touch with, so
asking them is probably best. For the others, setting a two weeks
self-renewable expiry is usually a good way of checking whether they're
still active and care about membership.
