Apologies for next meeting

Hey Tech board,

I will be on holiday and without enough bandwidth/devices/time to be
able to make next Monday's meeting. I sent the notes of the last
meeting to the list and to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/TechnicalBoard/TeamReports/13/July and I
updated the SRU pages according to the decisions back thne, so I think
I'm not currently owing any reports/edits at the moment.
