Meeting time

Hello all,

as you undoubtedly noticed, I have some serious trouble making it to
the 23:00 CEST meeting these days. When we set up the meeting time, we
agreed on adjusting it to summer time, and indeed we did in the first
couple of weeks, but these days it seems the meeting has been put to
21:00 UTC again.

Any chance we can move it back to 20:00 UTC, or doing another doodle
for the current members?
