As we couldn't easily find any documentation on the DMB term length,
we decided that 2 years would be the most appropriate.

I went ahead and updated everyone's expiry to reflect that, except for
Michael and Iain who explicitly asked not to have theirs extended.

I also updated the DMB wiki page to mention the term length.
