Emmet Hikory seems MIA

Hello TB & DMB,

I'm sure you've noticed, but Emmet hasn't been around for some time — I
don't actually recall seeing him online after UDS. Whatever reasons
there are for this, it's detrimental to the DMB to be one member down
all of the time.

Can we nominate a member to fill in until he can be contacted again? We
could use the second place candidate in the recent poll.

Or we could just replace him outright. Probably the TB should decide in
their meeting this week.
