DMB term length

Hello,

there is some uncertainty about the DMB term length inside the DMB.
Is it one year or two years?

The last two replacements votes (Benjamin Drung (Nov 2010) and Micah
Gersten (Sep 2011)) got appointed for two years. While the re-elected
members from Feb 2011 [1] got only appointed for one additional year
(till Feb 2012).

Could the TB please fix the term length to one common value? If it's
intended to be two years then please extend Cody's, Emmet's, Iain's and
Stéphane's term till Feb 2013. Please don't extend my term as I'm happy
that it ends in Feb 2012 (I need a break after 4 years in MC/DMB).
If it's only one year, I'm not sure if Benjamin's and Micah's term
should be shortened to 1 year or left as an exception for two years.
