I can understand wanting to establish a new team which deals with this
specific area.  It might be premature, given there is not yet a demand, but
I'm not against it.

However, it seems more appropriate for the TB to delegate and appoint such a
team, rather than the CC, given this is technical work which is ultimately a
part of Ubuntu.
