uTouch package set and Chase Douglas' application for upload right to it

I created the package group yesterday:

$ ./edit_acl.py -P utouch -S natty query
== All uploaders for package set 'utouch' in 'natty' ==
Archive Upload Rights for chasedouglas: archive 'primary', package set 'utouch' in natty

== All source packages in package set 'utouch' in 'natty' ==
ginn
libgrip
mtdev
mtview
utouch
utouch-compiz
utouch-evemu
utouch-frame
utouch-geis
utouch-grail

Chase already did two uploads, so it works.
