Hi Martin, hello all, 

I kept mostly silent during this "less-than-48-hours" discussion, mostly because 
of real life "things" (y'know…).

Anyway, I just wanted to express my thanks for this. Even if I would still 
prefer to have the complete changelogs (so that a single *.deb archive contains 
that "who did what, when; what changed in the last upload, …", without needing 
internet access) shipped in all binary packages, this sounds a reasonable 
compromise.
