Request for packagset maintenance team for the kernel packages

OK perfect.

I had envisaged that, in some cases, we would delegate the
administration of uploading teams to specialised groups, and I missed
the point where Emmet had suaid the DMB would remain the administrator
fo this particular team.

Out of interest, are there any cases now where we have setup a team and
delegated administration of those teams to folks other than the DMB? I
would have thought both Kubuntu and Ubuntu desktops?
