[storm] new egg including storm.zope

Sorry about that. This is partly my fault.  Chris wanted to release the
fix quickly and I suggest that we should take the opportunity to integrate
a few of the pending branches.  We did some work on that, but we ended up
forgetting about the main point which was to release the storm.zope fix
in a short time frame.

We'll work on that release and publish a new tarball tomorrow (monday).
