[storm] new egg including storm.zope

hi there,

please can you release a new egg including storm.zope? the issue came  
up a few weeks ago and we're going to production with a zope based  
project using storm and would like to use a released egg.
the patch at https://bugs.launchpad.net/storm/+bug/139147 looks fine  
to me (in case you really don't want depend on setuptools).
