What it all boils down to is that Patents on Software shouldn't be
legal.  In fact, according to a Test which something must pass in
order to be patentable, a test upheld in court, software always fails
to pass.  Yet, somehow software patents which aren't supposed to be
legal due to this test are still being granted.

WTF?!

The system is clearly broken.  There needs to be a forced ban on
Software Patents and all current software patents need to be
retroactively revoked.
