That's true. I don't speak Dutch, French or German. I used
to know German, but I that was when I was in school many
many years ago.

So perhaps you could be as good as to direct me to the text
of this exact EU law? I still think you are wrong, but I'll admit
you are right it if after reading it, I'm convinced. Since it's an
EU law, there is an English version too.

No, I think the law does not apply to mailing lists. And until you can
show me evidence that it does, I simply will believe that you don't
understand the scope of the law.
