Get government out of Medicare!

The trouble with arguing politics with Americans* on the Internet is
that you rapidly realise they *literally do not understand the words
they are using*. They make statements that literally make no sense as
if they're self evident. If you're really lucky they'll quote the US
Constitution at you as if it's the final argument in any discussion.

Yeah, some days I don't miss Usenet that much.
