Like I said, go find out about the truth. You've swallowed
politician's lies and if you care enough to rant about it on the
Internet, you care enough to go read a little and discover the lies.

I *live* in a country with a national health service. I have also been
treated when ill by the US one. I know what both are like. Your
information is very very badly wrong.
