I'd be really surprised if there are _no_ such programs on Linux, but then I
don't much care because I generally don't take cookies from strangers.
It's just not that hard to remove cookies - using "find" for instance.
More importantly, I rather doubt you can do it generically "on Windows".
You can do it for IE, but what about Firefox, Opera, Chrome?
