Remember, for Linux there are many more browsers than for Windows. Such 
a program would have to know about the place where cookies are stored 
for all of the browsers. Otherwise it would be pretty useless, IMHO.

Depending on the sites you want to read it may be more useful to accept 
cookies but treat all of them as session cookies.
