Filtering Cc messages

It has been suggested to me:

"Your filtering should filter in the List-Id header, not To:. That way,
it does not matter if the list is To, Cc or Bcc, you will filter
correctly."

...and even though I am opposed to doing the work which should rightly
be done by the originator of an email, I set that up. Now Cced message
go properly to my Sounder directory. 

OK, I retract my complaint but don't admit that it is in any way
correct to mis-eddress your mails.  There is just too much contention
about it and I'm not getting any younger.
