Could one buy official Ubuntu disks at cost?

http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/purchase states at the bottom:
"You can also purchase Ubuntu, Edubuntu or Kubuntu CDs directly from
Canonical Ltd, just send us your completed order form. (minimum order
is 100 cds)"

I don't know of anyone who has done this though...
