I don't see how that's changed. If anything it's even more true today.
And frankly it annoys me (for a variety of reasons).  But in a nutshell,
I can't help but think that if the much of Linux community stopped
constantly bashing Microsoft, they could use that extra free time to
promote Linux even more.

Most of the bashing I encounter is not only unproductive, it's downright
childish.

Honestly folks, grow up.

Please note,: this isn't directed to anyone in this thread, it's just my
observation about much of the community in general.d
