Two points:
1.  Ubuntu isn't used only in democracies.  (I'm in the PRC for
example.)  In some places Ubuntu is used just having a reference to a
package of anarchist material can get you lightly killed.

2.  You're missing the point of my original WTF?! response: why is only
anarchism (and the Bible, it turns out) represented in the repositories?
And would the community be open to adding materials on <insert list of
political and religious ideologies>.  Thankfully the community response
to the latter part was in the positive.
