FWIW, we've been thinking about creating a "Belgian" install CD that
includes *complete* support for all Belgian languages and some
Belgian-specific software (e.g. the electronic ID-card software).
My idea was to remove the Windows software in favour of this (but maybe
have a better & more localized explanation of open source & where to
find it).
I don't know anybody in Belgium who ever used the Windows software on
the official disks (and some people were actually confused by it).
