Of course, there are other ways to get at this.  It's just that many more
folks have an Ubuntu CD at hand than an Open CD.

For what it's worth, I agree that having to strip this down to a small
subset, which is getting a bit old, may have now rendered it obsolete, and
I'm not against removing it in favour of, say, expanded local language
support.
