I think the very best way is to order alot of CD's from shipit, then
distribute them to any people you see in the university. This is what I do,
now Ubuntu is very popular in our university, even the founders saw my
efforts, and they made me a spearhead on deploying Linux. In 2007, all 300+
AMA Computer College's around the Philippines will use Linux. The ripple
effect is alot of Filipino students are very interested about learning Linux
and getting into Open Source. I'm so glad about it, and they are very happy
using OpenOffice.org because they can make mathematical equations easily on
their assignments, not the 2/3^3 equations anymore.

My next step is to be a prof, and make them submit all their thesis project
to sourceforge, and create blogs about their progess and make a LUG.
