announce developer hug day

Hello folks

we had an other great release of [Edu,KXU]buntu.
Usually we have "Hug Days" were volunteers get hugs from others when
helping triaging bugs.

TODAY i want to announce the first inofficial developer hug day! ;)

The developers do much work and therefore "we users" should hug each
developer for this.
Also mind MOTUs, translators and artists were ever you get them. :D
