Ok:

*ANYTHING* that requires a guide on the web to set up *IS* difficult to 
set up.

'MODERATELY' easy to set up, is something that can be set up by clicking 
'Next' on wizard pages repeatedly, with no other decisions to make other 
than the license/consent blurb.

'EASY' to set up is something that doesn't require any kind of setting up.
