Of Ubuntu's 6 ports (i386, amd64, powerpc, sparc, hppa, ia64), 4 are treated
as release-quality (i386, amd64, powerpc and sparc).  The sparc port is not
new, and already existed for a long time before Dapper.

Debian, by contrast, currently stands at double that number (8) for the
upcoming release:
