What happened to lock screen and log out dialog in dapper?

Seconding the request to add it back. The system menu is already quite
small, and hiding everything behind a 'do something to my computer'
menu entry doesn't make it easier to find things. A power switch icon
doesn't make me look for a 'switch user' function, let alone a 'lock
screen' one.
