Ubuntu tainting the kernel with proprietary drivers ?

Scott --

I still need a license in the linux-image package then if this is the 
policy.  There are no licenses listed in the copyright file for the 
firmware.  I assumed that it was in error they were in linux-image since 
they were in the restricted package in the past.
