kmail does expiry. If you want it un your chosen MUA, file an 
enhancement request and/or assistance.

I recomment strongly that, if done, the expiry settings be a folder 
property; i have entirey too much trouble with threading missettings 
now, and I'd not admire another broken implementation of a good idea.
