What's going on here is that Wikipedia is edited by international
volunteers. CSS is, for purposes of US law, a copy protection system.
For purposes of international computer science academia terminology,
it's not a copy protection system.
FWIW, the Wikipedia entry on Copy Protection says it *IS* a copy
protection system. The lawyers who would sue Canonical, and the courts
in which they'd file the suits, say it is too.
