Alternatively, with you a bit of playing in the menu-bar you can set Outlook
to use '> ' indenting for replies and then you just have to move the
insertion pointer to the bottom (press the down-arrow about 20 times).

The quotefix is probably better (sadly without source-code) as it fixes all
the issues in one go and makes life simpler for the user.
