And not only was it an alpha version (the *first* alpha at that), it
was tested in a virtualized environment rather than as a Live CD or
install :)
The whole article should have been removed with an apology or
completely rewritten rather than tacking the little notice at the end
four days after posting it.

P.S. I actually upgraded to Feisty before Herd 1; other than a few
small hiccups (which I had mentally prepared myself for in advance),
I've actually been enjoying it quite a bit.
