If you want to download it first, install mimms (in universe), open a
Terminal, cd to the directory where you want to save it and run mimms
with the above URL.

It will take a couple min (the file is ~11MB) but it saves quite nicely :)

Also, it opens in Totem if you have w32codecs and (iiRC)
gstreamer0.10-pitfdll (from multiverse) installed (though I tend to
like Mplayer better myself :)
