Huh?  He didn't post anything to the list.  Reposting private communications
is not only unethical and a violation of the CoC, it's _illegal_ (copyright
resides in the author).

I hate how this makes twice in two days I've been defending Michael, but
nothing of what you quoted shows any obvious prejudice - certainly not
something for you to both be disgusted by AND to send to the rest of us.
