Firefox/Gnome bug with System->Preferences->Preferred Applications

I think FX should do that automagically, but, I can also remember some
wrapper script... 

I just checked on my own dapper install, and it doesn't happen her... at
least not with xchat-gnome and from a link in a gnome-terminal...
