Cynical. I don't consider myself communist, even in software
area; still folks thinking themselves smart enough to call the
others "useful" aren't even that, for the most part. I've had
my first (and last ever since) experience of "hey we don't have
to pay him very much" years ago; thus this stance.
And regarding "property", I've had a hard couple of weeks getting
"_intellectual_ property is slavery" message to some people at
both sides of the barricades called Ukrainian law. You see, we
have parliamentary listenings on IT this Wednesday, I've been
involved in fixing and developing local free software bill for
a few years... but this year its principal author managed to come
to a brilliant invention of "open (free) intellectual property".
I can transcribe the core of the debate but for one you can
consider _me_ one of those who say that IP is slavery. But who
will laugh in face of smart folks while gently routing them for
the exit.
