I have been using Ubuntu on a computer in my house for a while. But
recently, my family's Dell computer running Windows XP ran into some
problems. The OS needs to be reinstalled which will delete all the data on
the drive. So I thought I would try booting from the live version of Ubuntu.
I booted from it and it works fine. But the question is, can I get all the
files from the hard drive and put them on cds using Ubuntu? I need to get
all the files from when Windows was being used and put them on CDs using
Ubuntu, but I can't seem to find those files when using Ubuntu. How can I
access my hard drive?
