Yeah, Sebastien told me that I was a bit brief, as well. 

The mail to ubuntu-de at lists.ubuntu.com refers to a new book in German,
which apart from its printed copy (which comes with a DVD), is available
as an OpenBook (online documentation) as well.

Maybe some german MOTUs could package it. *hint hint* :-)
