Well, this is good for all the developers, because it's a reward for
thier hard work. IMHO, it has a bad side, too. Other Linux users starts
to feel bad about Ubuntu, because of ,,hype''. Ubuntu review on Linux
sites brings a few people that will complain that ,,omfg, another Ubuntu
review! That makes 9 this week.''

The point is: we need to play nice with other distributions, since we
don't compete with them. Two days ago someone asked about sound problem
in Slackware on Ubuntu-PL. The first e-mail that came as reply was like
that: This is a Ubuntu mailing list. I was forced to remind that we
should follow Code of Conduct and if someone ask about something that
can help other Linux user (we're community in general). Also, I can say
we're quite skilled when it comes to Linux. The guy with a sound problem
was impressed, because on other not-distribution-specific mailing lists
noone was able to tell what's wrong. On Ubuntu-PL it took 10 minutes to
provide a problem background and URL's for solution.

If this guy would end up with: Sorry, we can't help you. We're *teh*
Ubuntu user -- would he spread a good word about Ubuntu? When he get a
fast and detalied ansfer, he can feel how nice we are. :-)

With great power comes big responiblility.

Ah! I'm late for work. :P
