However, you /still/ haven't responded to my licensing queries, which 
doesn't get you off to a good start.

I emailed on November the 7th, and got a reply. My followup query was 
mailed the same day, and was not replied to. I reminded you on the 10th, 
again on the 16th and again on the 22nd. If you want a community to work 
with you, then you need to work with them - and that includes answering 
their concerns. If you're unwilling to do so, then you shouldn't be 
surprised if there's a lack of willingness to work with you.

I'd love to see a useful and free Solaris-based system, but I'm not 
going to be doing anything to help you until you can make it clear under 
what terms you're actually distributing software. And, to be honest, I 
think it would be a mistake for anyone in the Ubuntu community to do so 
until you've done so.
