The Idea about every 3 month was to get wallpapers for spring, summer, 
fall and winter. When the packages are only includes Wallpapers they 
could be independent from the ubuntu releases. But for this we will need 
a own *arts-repository*. User designed wallpapers that release specific 
are possible too.
