Why no mention of GNU?

One thing I don't recall seeing mentioned in this thread is the default 
Firefox start page. It talks about Linux, Gnome, Debian and OOo and the 
role each of them plays in the Ubuntu operating system. I think that 
page would be a fitting place to mention GNU or the FSF.
