Why no mention of GNU?

"licence" is not a misspelling; it's British English. Last I asked, we
were attempting to standardise on British English for our web site.

That said, "licencing" is used once and is incorrect in both British and
American English. I've corrected that. (In British English, the noun is
"licence" and the verb is "license".)
