Community chit-chat list

Hi everyone,

For those who haven't noticed yet, we've created two new lists for Ubuntu
discussion:

 * ubuntu-users, for help and user discussion
 * ubuntu-devel, for developer discussion

The sounder list, of great historical value, will live on as the general
community chit-chat list, on which just about everything is on-topic, except
technical matters relating to Ubuntu. Those should go to one of the other
two lists. :-)
