Note that the fix isn't to depend on suede, we should be including an icon
theme with ubuntu-artwork. I'm going to fix a lot of ubuntu-artwork issues
today.

gnome-settings-daemon needs read/write to set brightness, I believe.

Tooootally. But there have been no xscreensaver DefaultsAndBranding changes
yet.
