using kernel plugin to generate "generic" ubuntu core

​Can you post a sample sanpcraft.yaml that would generate the equivalent
ubuntu-core kernel with all the appropriate patches, etc that's running on
my amd64 machine right now.

Linux version 4.4.0-14-generic (buildd at lgw01-56) (gcc version 5.3.1
20160311 (Ubuntu 5.3.1-11ubuntu1) ) #30-Ubuntu SMP ...
