snappy-go is now the default on devel-proposed

Hello,


the latest snappy ubuntu-core/devel-proposed images now use the new
snappy-go as the default snappy! It's faster, more robust and has
more features. There are also some changes in the CLI as outlined in
[1].

Please let us know if there is anything missing or if you encounter
problems with the new code. We also plan to move it into the snappy
tools PPAs to use for "snappy build" in the next couple of days.
